Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Director – Accounts Payable to lead end-to-end AP across a fast-growing UAE organisation. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and Operations to drive governance, cash flow discipline, vendor management, and process transformation.

You will manage a high-volume AP function, build a strong control environment, and guide a team through ERP optimization and automation initiatives in a dynamic, GCC-based context.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or Finance Shared Services experience.
• At least five years in a senior AP leadership position.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-volume AP operations across multiple entities.
