Digital Technology Manager - Program Management

Are you an expert in implementing SaaS solutions? Will you be interested in joining an industry at a critical point of change? Join our cutting‑edge technology team. Baker Hughes is currently hiring a Technical Delivery Lead to join the team. We are looking for an experienced SaaS delivery expert with a background and experience in implementing complex SaaS solutions across enterprise customers. The Technical Delivery Lead will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and value delivery while managing scope, quality and integrated outcome. Technical activities include tracking features throughout roadmap planning and SDLC processes, as well as configuration of capabilities specific to customers.

As a Digital Technology Manager - Program Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the technical solution of the project to be delivered successfully through engagement with internal stakeholders for cloud applications, analytics and strategy, understanding the deliverables and working closely with the Project Manager to align schedule and ownership.
  • Working alongside the Project Management Office while owning technical delivery and configuration of SaaS solutions.
  • Continuously improving the delivery standard operating procedure while providing feedback to PMO/PM and product teams based on experience.
  • Guiding customers in technical and implementation best practices of SaaS solutions.
  • Working with technology for any customized applications, dashboards or any non‑standard feature.
  • Promoting a safe working environment, being responsible and driving compliance, quality & EHS culture in the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 5 years’ experience implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in Agile principles and incremental software delivery.
  • Strong personality and communication skills.
  • Technical acumen in cloud infrastructure, architecture, AI/ML, data modelling.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading complex SaaS implementations.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
  • Extensive experience communicating and working with senior external and internal stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
  • Industry experience in oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, chemical engineering, or adjacent industry.
  • Connector configuration, software development, and database experience.
  • Experience with condition monitoring, reliability, analytics and assets strategy.
