Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking interns to join their DT team. The interns will engage with function partners while providing IT services and developing DT solutions. Successful candidates will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on IT or Computer Science, possess strong collaboration skills, and be proficient in both Arabic and English. This internship offers a dynamic work environment with ample opportunities for self-directed learning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in IT Computer Science or a related field.
• Student GPA should be 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen strategic objectives of the organization through service activities.
• Champion IT Operation service improvements leveraging best practices.
• Implement automation solutions for manual and labor-intensive tasks.
• Resolve issues arising from DT Operation services.
• Analyze service data to address customer service challenges.
