Digital Solutions Junior Consultant (UAE National)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Digital Solutions Junior Consultant (UAE National) to join our team! In this role you will get to work on urban and infrastructure development projects that will change the fabric of our cities.

As a Junior Consultant in the Digital Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' technology ambitions, from Smart City initiatives, advanced mobility, the application of artificial intelligence and digitization of their processes – the role demands adaptability and lateral thinking to enable you to address a range of client challenges in the digital spectrum. You should be passionate about technology in order to advise on solutions, conduct research on emerging trends, and collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement innovative digital solutions.

Your responsibilities will include supporting project planning and execution, preparing technical documentation, analyzing data, and ensuring quality assurance. Effective communication with clients and team members will be key to your success. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on the latest advancements in smart city technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Client Consultation: Work as part of a team to advise clients on their smart city and digital ambitions on a range of industry sectors across the Middle East.
• Technology Research: Research emerging technologies and trends related to our core business of infrastructure, urban development and project management.
• Solution Development: Collaborate to create specifications for digital solutions.
• Project Support: Support planning and execution of digital projects including preparation of engaging presentation material and written documentation.
• Multi-disciplinary coordination: Working alongside multiple teams from master planning, landscaping, mobility, environment and sustainability and asset management to deliver fully coordinated and integrated proposals and projects.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor Degree involving technology or digital solutions such as : Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and lateral thinking to solve complex problems.
• Passionate about technology and the latest technology trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, be proactive, and take ownership of issues to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Self-starter with the skills to research and complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Must be a UAE National.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications is beneficial.
• Experience in data visualization such as Power BI.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and system architecture drawings.
