Job description

Responsibilities

• Introduce, evolve and own the ‘Release Management’-framework and process that governs all production releases in the RBG Digital space, in collaboration with the Agile Coaches, Architect team and other governance functions (e.g. Business Governance, risk, compliance, CXCG etc.)
• The Release Management framework incorporates inputs of key stakeholders to ensure release management processes evident the appropriate artifacts and/or sign-offs to ensure alignment to Mashreq’s technology stack, architectural principles and digital, business and risk governance
• Designing and implementing policies, processes and tools that will enforce proactive adherence and governance to the Release Management framework
• Ensure controls are in line with bank policies and local regulatory requirements, where all deployments and evidences are uploaded and constantly up to date
• The incumbent needs to be able to build consensus across conflicting priorities, be well versed with digital studio and agile methodologies
• Role could include managing a small team
