- Project & Product Delivery
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and technical teams to ensure adherence to project standards and communicate changes effectively.
- Work closely with Agile development teams, leading sprint events using your technical expertise.
- Design detailed solutions including functional specifications, user stories, interfaces, and workflows.
- Implementation of STP Solutions to reduce TAT.
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Dealing with Service Providers & Partners
- Explore and deploy developing trends in AI and Open Banking for Onboarding and portfolio monitoring action in Asset Portfolio.
- API integrations with 3rd Party Service Providers to enhance existing as well as new journeys.
- End-to-End Journey Solutioning
- Develop comprehensive onboarding solutions for business banking, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Move beyond backlog management to proactively create and optimize customer journeys.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage a diverse team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital strategy.
- Engage stakeholders across regions to drive collaboration and strategic execution.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s in digital finance is preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services Innovation, Digital Banking, or Fintech.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in SME Lending and Merchant Finance products.
- Strong track record of end‑to‑end project delivery, including solution design and execution.
Technical & Product Expertise
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Hands‑on experience in data engineering, data science, or software engineering.
- Technical background in development or testing is a strong advantage.
- Experience as a Proxy Product Owner or Product Manager for software products.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
