Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist/PPC Expert will plan, execute, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving quality leads through strategic paid media management while maximising ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals. Create campaign calendars and budget allocation plans.
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance daily and make real‑time optimisations. Analyse metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS.
  • Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation: Collaborate on landing page design and optimisation. Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance across all platforms. Create comprehensive performance reports with insights.
  • SEO & Organic Growth: Implement on‑page and technical SEO best practices. Monitor organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Platform Management: Manage Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with creative team for ad creative development. Coordinate with sales team on lead quality and follow‑up.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and PPC.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications required.
  • Real estate or lead generation experience strongly preferred.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.

  • Performance metrics: Cost per lead (CPL) targets, lead volume and quality, return ad spend (ROAS), click‑through rates (CTR) and conversion rates, campaign ROI and profitability, quality score and ad relevance metrics, organic traffic and keyword rankings (SEO).
