A digital marketing company located in Dubai is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to develop and optimize ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and a proven track record in campaign performance. Responsibilities include executing strategies, monitoring results, and communicating insights to stakeholders. This is a remote role requiring strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation. The position offers $6 per hour without additional benefits.
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Meta ads campaigns from scratch.
Remote position. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM Eastern Time.
$6 per hour. No benefits package included.

This role exists to leverage the capabilities of Meta Ads to drive real business outcomes. We are looking for a specialist who can translate business objectives into effective Meta ad strategies, build and optimize campaigns to achieve those objectives, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive Meta ad strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and intent/keyword exploration relevant to Meta targeting.
Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns from scratch. Configure targeting, placements, and bidding strategies aligned with objectives. Launch, QA, and iterate quickly based on performance signals.
Develop briefs and build/test ad creatives and copy. Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, offers, and audiences. Partner with stakeholders to refresh creative based on insights.
Monitor performance daily in Meta Ads Manager and GA4. Identify trends and opportunities. Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives. Prepare clear, data‑driven reports and present results in plain language with actionable recommendations.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and maintain spend limits. Communicate proactively on pacing, learnings, risks, and next steps. Present insights to non‑technical stakeholders and align on priorities.
