Meta Ads Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Meta ads campaigns from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta ad strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and objectives.
Required Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager (Pixel/CAPI), audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands‑on experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns from scratch with a proven track record improving ROAS, reducing CPA, or increasing lead quality.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using GA4 and Excel/Sheets; able to explain results to non‑technical stakeholders.
Work Setup

Remote position. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Working Hours

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Compensation

$6 per hour. No benefits package included.

How You'll Make an Impact
Strategy and Roadmap

Develop comprehensive Meta ad strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and intent/keyword exploration relevant to Meta targeting.

Campaign Build and Execution

Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns from scratch. Configure targeting, placements, and bidding strategies aligned with objectives. Launch, QA, and iterate quickly based on performance signals.

Creative and Experimentation

Develop briefs and build/test ad creatives and copy. Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, offers, and audiences. Partner with stakeholders to refresh creative based on insights.

Optimization and Reporting

Monitor performance daily in Meta Ads Manager and GA4. Identify trends and opportunities. Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives. Prepare clear, data‑driven reports and present results in plain language with actionable recommendations.

Budget and Stakeholder Management

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and maintain spend limits. Communicate proactively on pacing, learnings, risks, and next steps. Present insights to non‑technical stakeholders and align on priorities.
