Job summary

Black & Grey HR partners with a UAE contractor to deliver digital engineering solutions across projects. The Digital Engineer will develop desktop/web apps, automation, data integration, Power BI dashboards, and BIM workflows within a main contracting environment.

You will work across C#, Python, SQL, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Revit API, and cloud tools to enable AI-enabled solutions, data-driven decisions, and scalable digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with strong programming.
• Experience in software development for desktop/web applications and APIs.
• Experience in computational design/automation workflows (Dynamo/Grasshopper, Python, C#).
• Experience delivering automation using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA.
• Strong Power BI data modelling, analytics, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Knowledge of BIM/data workflows and data integration across platforms.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git/Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop desktop and web applications, engineering tools, APIs, and system integrations using C#, Python, SQL.
• Integrate BIM systems, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft technologies to improve data flow.
• Create computational design workflows and automated model validation routines.
• Develop RPA and digital solution automation using Power Platform and related tools.
• Build Power BI dashboards and data models for engineering analytics and decision-making.
• Support BIM/data integration and cloud-based collaboration workflows.
