Job summary

MSD is seeking a Digital & Data Solutions Intern in Dubai for Jan 2027 – July 2027. You will analyze digital performance data, develop dashboards and automated reports, and support AI initiatives while managing WordPress content and enhancing digital platforms.

The role offers a hybrid work format with buddy and mentor support, and learning opportunities. Ideal candidates are pursuing CS/Data Science or related fields and can commit 30–40 hours per week while graduating in 2027 or later.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical/problem-solving skills required.
• Able to work 30-40 hours per week and graduate after 2027.
• Interest or experience in data analysis, dashboard development, automation, and AI tools.
• Experience with WordPress content management and digital platform administration is a plus.

The Digital & Data Solutions Intern will support the Omnichannel Strategy team by analyzing digital performance data, developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions, identifying process-improvement opportunities, supporting AI and automation initiatives, publishing and managing website content through WordPress, and enhancing digital platforms to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• Fluency in English
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Graduating in Q3 2027 or later
• The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with experience or interest in data analysis, dashboard development, automation, AI tools, WordPress content management, and digital platform administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on technology-driven projects.
