SummitLogic invites a qualified Dietitian to join our Ajman healthcare team as a Nutrition Specialist. You will assess patient needs, design personalized plans, and monitor outcomes while educating patients on healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Nutrition or Dietetics, at least 3 years clinical experience, and DHA/HAAD licensing. A strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and collaborative care is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dietitian in a clinical setting.
• Valid license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Abu Dhabi Health Authority (HAAD).
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients on complex nutrition concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop customized meal plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling on healthy eating and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Keep up-to-date with nutrition research to support evidence-based recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and progress.

Job description

Our well-established healthcare facility in Ajman is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dietitian to join our team as a Nutrition Specialist. This position is suitable for male candidates with Indian nationality who are currently residing in the UAE and have their own visa. As a Dietitian you will be responsible for assessing patients dietary needs developing personalized nutrition plans and monitoring their progress. You will also provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes to promote overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting nutritional assessments and developing customized meal plans for patients based on their medical conditions dietary restrictions and personal goals
• Monitoring patients progress and making necessary adjustments to their meal plans
• Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients on healthy eating habits portion control and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations
• Maintaining accurate records of patient consultations and progress

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dietitian in a clinical setting
• Valid license from the Dubai Health Authority DHA or the Abu Dhabi Health Authority HAAD
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions such as diabetes cardiovascular diseases etc
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively educate patients on complex nutritional concepts
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
