Job summary

Avance Auto Services LLC is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to perform diagnostic tests, conduct routine maintenance, and repair various components for light commercial vehicles.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience, particularly with Euro 5 & 6 engines, and possess strong troubleshooting skills. You will work on engine overhauls, brake systems, and more within a collaborative team to maximize vehicle performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with Light Commercial vehicles (Isuzu, Fuso, Mitsubishi, Hino, UD).
• Experience in engine, gear box, and differential overhauling.
• Working knowledge of Euro 4, 5 & 6 specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot diesel engines to identify issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Repair or replace damaged components such as fuel injectors and exhaust systems.

Skills

Engine and Gear overhauling – experience with Euro 5 & 6 engines

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot diesel engines to identify issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, including oil changes and filter replacements, to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.
• Repair or replace damaged components such as fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work, including parts used and hours worked, to streamline future maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop preventative maintenance schedules that reduce unexpected breakdowns and enhance productivity.
• Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques through continuous training and attending industry workshops.

Qualifications
