About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager – Landscape to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Landscaping & Irrigation Operations

• Support the overall operation and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets across DHAM communities.
• Ensure high-quality upkeep of landscaping assets to meet community expectations.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct inspections and supervise site teams to ensure reliable and timely service delivery.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Safeguard compliance with applicable regulations, community guidelines, and governing documents.
• Ensure all works adhere to landscaping codes, HSSE requirements, and Jointly Owned Property Law (Law No. 06 of 2019).
• Liaise with government authorities for compliance matters.
• Plan and coordinate technical audits, financial audits, and reserve fund studies related to landscaping and irrigation.

Project & Development Support

• Provide technical support for landscaping development projects (small- and large-scale) across DHAM communities.
• Develop Scope of Work (SoW) for landscaping and irrigation maintenance and development activities.
• Support in evaluating contractors, service providers, and proposals for compliance with scope and standards.
• Inspect rectification and development works to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Provide recommendations on landscape designs tailored to specific community requirements.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs for landscaping and irrigation services and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on progress, deficiencies, and performance levels.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related property discipline preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in a landscaping and irrigation management role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Jointly Owned Property Law (Law No. 06 of 2019) and Decree 22 of 2009.
• Experience in financial budgeting for real estate
• Advanced knowledge of CAFM systems.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong planning, supervisory, and leadership skills.
