The role emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care, with emphasis on safety, ethics, and ongoing CME participation to stay current in regenerative nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with preventive care, chronic disease management, and integrative medicine.
• Certifications in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, or integrative nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic screenings and vital signs monitoring.
• Assist in integrating functional and regenerative therapies into patient care plans.
• Support chronic disease management and holistic nursing care.
• Educate patients on preventive care, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, and exercise.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions and nursing protocol development.
• Maintain DHA-compliant records and EMR documentation.
