Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant HSE experience in construction/substation projects.

• Good understanding of UAE construction safety requirements.
• Valid DEWA Substation Approval – Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE procedures at project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor safe working practices and compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports.
• Ensure compliance with project and DEWA safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and DEWA representatives.
