Job summary

AI71 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and scale reliable infrastructure for AI model deployment. You will implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automate provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

The role emphasizes security, monitoring, and collaboration with software teams to ensure seamless production releases. You will work across cloud and on‑prem environments, optimize resources for performance and cost, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash or Go scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, PagerDuty).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Familiarity with real-time streaming architectures for AI/data apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and manage scalable infra for AI model deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools.
• Optimize cloud and on-prem resources for scale and cost.
• Manage queuing systems and real-time streaming.
• Monitor production systems for uptime and performance.
• Set up logging/monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Collaborate with dev/QA to deploy features to production.
