Job summary

Nagarro in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior ML/AI engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions at scale. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into applications.

Responsibilities include operationalizing GenAI models on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, conducting experiments and iterating on models to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 7 years of ML/AI experience preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• IaC and containerization experience including Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities: - Design develop and deploy machine learning AI solutions. - Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into applications. - Operationalize AI and GenAI models ensuring scalability reliability and performance. - Design and implement GenAI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. - Conduct experiments analyze results and iterate on models to improve performance. - Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices. Skills: - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud. - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with DevOps principles automation and CI/CD - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python - Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn. - Experience in building single agent and multi agent systems (agentic systems) - Experience with genAI orchestration framework such LangChain LangGraphcrewAI etc. - Experience with governance observability and evaluation tools (e.g. langfuse langsmith) - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI/ML including Azure Machine Learning AWS SageMaker and Google AI Platform. - Familiarity with data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation techniques. - Understanding of deep learning natural language processing and computer vision. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field. - 7 years of experience in Machine Learnig AI related field - Banking Experience is a plus
