ERADA Center for Treatment and Rehab in Dubai seeks a qualified Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care within detoxification, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to policies, and compassionate care.

The Nurse will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage medications, educate patients, and document care in electronic records. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing with 4+ years post-graduation experience is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required.
• Specialized certifications in related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years post-graduation experience, including 2 years in the same field.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and deliver patient care following center policies and scope of services.
• Act as a clinical nurse to meet patient needs and identify urgent medical interventions.
• Prioritize patient care based on ongoing assessments of unit needs.
• Communicate with the medical team about changes to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families using center resources.
• Receive, store, and ensure availability of medications and equipment.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Support Services to meet needs.
• Document nursing care in electronic medical records.
• Comply with infection control policies and participate in organizational activities.
