Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the building, offices, hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces and furniture, wash windows and mirrors, polish metal fixtures.
• Dispose of trash in garbage bins or dumpsters as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including before or after regular business hours and weekends if needed.
• Follow instructions accurately and take initiative when necessary.
