Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong Excel skills to manage financial records, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, and capable of supporting audits and budgeting. Experience with Tally and QuickBooks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
