Job Description

Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial briefing through final execution.

Create and present comprehensive design layouts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.

Produce high quality 3d visuals and renderings using different software to visualize concepts effectively.

Translate creative concepts into well resolved buildable design solutions.

Draft and develop detailed drawings, elevations, sections, joinery details, specifications and construction details.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project team to ensure design intent is maintained.

Liaise with local and international suppliers to request pricing, samples, lead times, and technical information.

Oversee RFQs, orders and delivery tracking / timelines.

Oversee BOQs, cost comparison sheets, and budgets.

Review shop drawings and material submittals, mockups and samples to ensure for design and quality compliance.

Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback in design revisions.

Ensure design complies with local regulations, codes, and project and brand standards.

Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously.

Provide regular update to management and maintain transparency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Ability to lead projects from design concept to IFC and site execution.

Conduct multiple site visits to ensure quality standards are met and monitor implementation, resolve any onsite issues and ensure accurate execution of interior and furniture design.

Maintain and organize comprehensive FF&E and materials library, keeping digital records and material boards up to date.

Coordinate and track deliveries and installations, ensuring accurate placement and styling by drawing.

Ability to work in a start up environment.
