Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a hands-on Design Manager in Dubai to lead and mentor a team of designers across residential, high-rise and mixed-use projects. The role focuses on delivering design solutions aligned with brand strategy, coordinating with product management, engineering and consultants.

Experience in BIM/Revit coordination, design QA/QC, and knowledge of UAE regulations are essential. The maternity-cover period requires seamless handover and continuity of design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including UAE developer-side.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Approximately 10-15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including UAE developer-side

experience.

• Strong experience in residential, high-rise and mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to independently manage several active projects and multidisciplinary consultants.
• Strong understanding of Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender and IFC documentation.
• Good knowledge of UAE / Dubai authorities, building regulations and approval processes.
• Strong technical coordination capability across architecture, structure, MEP and specialist disciplines.
• Practical knowledge of BIM / Revit coordination, clash detection and design QA/QC.
• Experience with consultant management, tender documentation, Value Engineering and construction-stage

design support.

• Strong communication, reporting, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join sufficiently ahead of 1 November 2026 to complete an effective handover.
• Ability to become productive immediately with minimal onboarding, given the temporary nature of the

assignment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A hands-on Design Manager capable of independently taking over live projects from day one, managing multiple consultant interfaces and maintaining continuity of design decisions, programme and technical coordination throughout the maternity-cover period.
