Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Dermatologist in Abu Dhabi to provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient dermatology services. The role includes consultations, admissions for dermatology patients, and on-call coverage for emergencies, with PUVA therapy, biopsies, and other procedures performed as required.

The candidate should have specialist-level experience, UAE-recognized specialty certification, and active life-support credentials, ensuring high-quality, ethical patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years post-qualification experience at specialist level.
• At least 1 year specialist experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator.
• Certification and registration in a speciality recognised by UAE healthcare authority.
• Active and valid life-support certification (e.g. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• Eligibility for relevant UAE registration (Membership from Royal College / Arab Board Certification / MS / DM / MPhil or an equivalent recognised by UAE).

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatologist consultations in outpatient clinic.
• Offer inpatient dermatology consultations and admit patients.
• Perform dermatologic procedures (PUVA, biopsy, cryosurgery, excision, etc.).
• Provide on-call emergency coverage for dermatologic emergencies.
• Plan daily schedules and participate in hospital meetings and committees.
