Deputy Manager – Human Resources (Abu Dhabi) - Full-TimeOn-site

Role Overview:

The Deputy Manager – Human Resources will play a key role in driving HR strategy, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. This position oversees talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and the smooth administration of HR operations. The role acts as a trusted partner to both employees and management, contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities
  • Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
  • Implement performance management frameworks and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies
  • Support HR strategy execution and continuous process improvementMaintain accurate HR documentation and systems
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related matters
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
  • Strong experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Proven capability in employee relations and conflict management
