Job summary

Mediclinic Zakher in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care delivery in compliance with practice acts and scope of practice. The role requires at least two years of dental assisting experience and licensure as a dental professional.

The successful candidate will assist the Dentist, ensure patient safety, facilitate a positive experience, and maintain accurate records, while handling stock and equipment per Mediclinic guidelines.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD/BDS or Diploma in Dental Assistant/Dental Nursing/Registered Nurse meeting licensure criteria
• At least two years’ experience as a qualified Dental Assistant
• Experience in UAE preferred
• Basic Arabic language skills and fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist in delivering quality dental services per clinical standards and laws
• Ensure patient safety by identifying and managing risks
• Create a positive patient experience under hospital leadership
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of all dental interventions
