Job summary

Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital in Abu Dhabi’s Northern Emirates, part of the M42 network, seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists during examinations, treatments and procedures, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care.

You will prepare, clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, manage infection control, and ensure treatment rooms are ready for patients, while maintaining accurate records and supporting clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a dental or related field.
• Valid DOH/MOH/DHA license as Dental Assistant or eligibility to obtain one.
• Clinical experience in a dental healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and infection control standards.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare, clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and restored after procedures.
• Support patient preparation and provide pre- and post-treatment guidance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information.
