Job summary

Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie - Bakery to join our culinary team. You will craft a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes and breads, developing recipes and using baking techniques to ensure quality and consistency across all baked goods.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized pastry kitchen, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and deliver warm, guest-focused service in line with Holiday Inn brand.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie - Bakery to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As a Bakery chef you will be responsible for creating and producing a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods. Develop recipes and utilize various baking techniques to ensure the quality and consistency of the final products. Continually seek inspiration and innovation to provide unique and exciting offerings to guests.
Be in charge of organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient pastry kitchen. This includes cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils, as well as implementing proper hygiene and sanitation practices to meet health and safety regulations.
At all times you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
