Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported incidents by gathering facts and analyzing data.
• Drive consistent decision-making ensuring fairness for drivers and business.
• Identify early signs of issues and take preventative actions.
• Coordinate with operational teams on findings and corrective steps.
• Build mechanisms to prevent recurring issues.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Support escalations in critical situations.
• Maintain judgement in sensitive cases ensuring fairness at all times.
