Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery routes efficiently, ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
• Load and unload goods safely and securely, adhering to proper handling and storage protocols.
• Verify delivery details with customers or retail partners, including order accuracy, quantities, and product quality.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital records using company‑provided tools or apps.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items promptly to the operations team.
• Ensure the vehicle (motorcycle or delivery van) is clean, well‑maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Uphold brand standards by wearing company uniform and presenting a professional appearance.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customer service regarding delays or route changes.
• Practice safe driving habits and comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar logistics/distribution role.
• Valid driving license and proven ability to operate a motorcycle or delivery vehicle safely.
• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery zones.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in using mobile delivery apps or digital tracking systems.
