Qualifications

Job Purpose

The role of the Delivery Manager is for the efficient management of the tenant, the tenants design and construction teams throughout all phases of the retail delivery process. Ensuring adherence of design and construction as per the criteria manuals, and compliance to all relevant local statutory approvals. Achieve on time completion and opening of all allocated units, being proactive and using all available resources. Actively manages all aspects of fit- out works and connection to Mall services.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Must be multidisciplined in retail knowledge, project management and construction management.
  • Point of Contact for Landlord, Tenants, Contractors and other Project Stakeholders for tenancy related delivery works.
  • Prepare and issue the Retail Delivery milestones in accordance with the NTC
  • Support the Review of Architectural and MEP Drawings based on Landlord/Authorities Regulations in accordance with agreed lease timelines.
  • Establishing and implementing the leasing and retail delivery strategy throughout the Project.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders throughout the retail delivery process
  • Manage all documentation and technical records required for closing out the project as per the approved RD&D policy and procedures.
  • Support in preparation of Lease Outline Drawings (LOD).
  • Support in preparation of Tenant Fit-Out and logistic Manuals.
  • Facilitate on-site tenants fit-out/services and co-ordination by working with the tenant’s project team to ensure the overall project progress as per the agreed milestones.
  • Equips stakeholders with all required documentation and responds to all queries and requests for information promptly.
  • Verifies compliance of on-site build to approved architectural and MEP designs.
  • Direct and monitor issues related to tenants fit-out to ensure that they are in compliance with the Mall’s criteria and local statutory rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of local authority approval processes and requirements.
  • Collates all required documentation for tenant variation requests.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as required & directed.
Education
  • BSc in Architect/Interior Architect/Interior Designer/Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineer.
  • Occupational Health and Safety discipline and an international sustainability system are highly desirable.
