Job summary

ConFlip in El-Fujairah, UAE seeks a Deck Crew Member to support safe vessel operations. You will assist in deck maintenance, handle mooring lines, operate deck gear, and perform duties like painting and cleaning.

Fluency in English and an Indian biometric passport are required; prior maritime experience is preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and to stay physically fit are essential.

Training will be provided and housing support available to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national with a biometric passport.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience on a vessel or in a maritime environment preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the deck area.
• Handle mooring lines during docking and undocking procedures.
• Operate and maintain deck equipment such as winches, cranes, and ropes.
• Perform general duties on board including painting, chipping, and cleaning.
• Participate in safety drills and follow all safety protocols at all times.
