Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and caring for children during daycare hours, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Support the implementation of educational and recreational activities in alignment with the third-party school’s curriculum.
• Assist with meal times, nap schedules, and hygiene routines.
• Communicate daily updates and progress to parents and school staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all children.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support children with special needs or individualized learning plans.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Observe and report any behavioral or developmental concerns to senior staff.
