Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Consultant/Lead to join our Data Strategy and Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data strategy, data governance, and analytics, with the ability to drive data‑driven decision‑making processes within organizations.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy Development
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of current data capabilities and provide actionable insights to enhance data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Develop roadmaps for data management, analytics, and governance initiatives.
• Data Governance
  • Establish and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with data regulations and industry standards.
• Client Consulting
  • Work closely with clients to understand their data challenges and provide tailored consulting solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on data governance best practices.
  • Lead client engagements, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high‑quality consulting services.
• Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Thought Leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, upcoming regional and global data regulations, and best practices in data management and governance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts and effectively enable them to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or any data related field.
• 9+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading data strategy and governance projects for large organizations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DAMA or NDMO.
• Experience in consulting and client management is highly desirable.
• Being an Arabic speaker is a must.
• Excellent bilingual verbal/written communication skills (Arabic and English).
