Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into data science, statistical, and machine learning solutions with clear success metrics.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation on large‑scale structured and semi‑structured datasets.
• Build predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models with a focus on robustness, interpretability, and alignment to business objectives.
• Partner with business, product, and analytics teams to validate assumptions and deliver actionable insights.
• Apply GenAI techniques including LLM‑based summarization, classification, insight generation, and decision support.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation solutions grounded in enterprise data and analytical outputs.
• Collaborate on GenAI‑enabled analytical applications ensuring accuracy, relevance, and explainability.
• Productionise models using enterprise MLOps and LLMOps practices including versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Build scalable and secure analytical pipelines in collaboration with data engineering and cloud teams.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and GenAI output quality, driving continuous improvement.
• Define and track performance metrics including accuracy, bias, latency, stability, and business impact.
• Run experiments and controlled rollouts to optimise models, prompts, and retrieval strategies.
