Overview

Urgent requirement for Data Scientist AI/ML with Banking Experience Required is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML roles
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for diverse, real-world business applications.
• Strong background in model experimentation, validation, and performance optimization using industry-standard techniques.
• Hands-on experience conducting A/B testing and deriving statistically sound insights to inform model and product decisions.
• Deep expertise in building and fine-tuning generative AI models tailored to specific use cases and business objectives.
• Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows in production environments.
• Skilled in prompt engineering—designing, testing, and refining prompts to maximize the effectiveness of large language models (LLMs).
• Proficient in developing and managing end-to-end machine learning pipelines using platforms such as Azure ML or AWS SageMaker.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based data storage and processing, including Azure Blob Storage, Tables, Queues, and Amazon S3.
• Experience deploying and integrating Azure Foundation Models and Azure OpenAI services into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines, for scalable and automated deployments.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI/ML development.
