Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML models.

• Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, model evaluation and statistics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design build and deploy robust AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems

• Continuously evaluate and refine models to optimize performance and reliability

Data Engineering & Analysis

• Clean analyze and transform raw data into usable training and validation sets

• Design data pipelines and identify new data sources to enhance model effectiveness

• Drive experimentation and hypothesis testing with statistical rigor

Cloud & DevOps Integration

• Deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)

• Optimize performance for scalability and real-time applications

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

• Document system designs code and technical decisions for knowledge sharing

• Work in agile sprints and communicate progress with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models

• Proficient with Python or R and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn

• Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS GCP Azure)

• Solid understanding of algorithms model evaluation and statistical principles

• Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Machine Learning Azure AI Engineer etc.)

• Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments

• Prior involvement in client-facing roles or solution design for external stakeholders

• Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring frameworks
