Job summary

AW Rostamani is seeking a data science professional to advance RV forecasting, depreciation curves, and risk analytics across multi-brand fleets in the UAE. You will apply AI/ML techniques, manage data pipelines and deliver dashboards for governance and decision support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, governance compliance, and scalable analytics across leasing, rental and subscription models. UAE market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Progress towards CFA/FRM or equivalent is an advantage.
• Certifications in data analytics, ML, AI, cloud platforms or RV programs are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science, predictive modeling or financial risk analytics.
• Exposure to RV forecasting, portfolio risk monitoring and model validation preferred.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models or automation workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support RV methodology and governance across business units.
• Prepare RV assumptions and depreciation curves for leasing, subscription, and fleet ops.
• Forecast RV price index and depreciation using data sources and AI models.
• Analyze RV exposure by brand, model, fuel type and fleet segment.
• Develop and maintain predictive, prescriptive and generative AI models for RV forecasting.
• Build automated dashboards for RV tracking and fleet health in Power BI/Tableau.
• Ensure data integrity across fleet systems and valuation tools.
• Monitor fleet exposure against risk thresholds using AI-based alerts.
