Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role requires at least 3 years of data analysis experience and the ability to work independently or with colleagues.

Responsibilities include building analytical models, validating reports, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with technical teams to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related position.
• Experience with OLAP & OLTP database design principles.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, etc.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau/Power BI/QlikSense/SAS/SPSS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets, interpret results, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop, validate, and maintain analytical models and reports.
• Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Utilize industry standard statistical tools to develop insights from data sets.
• Conduct comprehensive research on projects and present findings effectively.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement analytical solutions.
• Interpret complex datasets into meaningful visuals that help inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in data collection and analysis processes.
