ProDome Management Consulting L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks a hands-on Data Governance & Quality Expert to lead data quality efforts across real estate datasets, map data lineage and build a trusted data foundation for reporting, analytics and AI.

You will profile data with SQL and Python, define quality rules, implement governance practices, and collaborate with government clients, data stewards and tech teams to fix issues and enable reliable analytics.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, data engineering, data management or analytics engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Map end-to-end data flows and identify source-of-truth systems for core real estate data domains (property, unit, owner, tenant, contract, transaction and more)
• Profile data using SQL and Python to find missing values, duplicates, invalid formats and inconsistencies
• Define data-quality rules, thresholds, validation logic and standard formats, and build business rules in Informatica and data factory layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Build data-quality dashboards, exception reports and issue trackers
• Identify root causes of data issues and work with business owners, data stewards, technology teams and vendors to fix them
• Support historical data cleansing, master data management and reference data definition
• Develop automated checks for anomalies, missing data and data-entry errors
• Assess whether priority datasets are complete, reliable and ready for analytics and AI use cases

We are hiring a hands-on Data Governance & Quality Expert to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity. In this role, you'll identify, diagnose and fix data-quality issues across real estate systems and datasets, map data lineage, define quality rules and build a trusted data foundation for reporting, analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end data flows and identify source-of-truth systems for core real estate data domains (property, unit, owner, tenant, contract, transaction and more)
• Profile data using SQL and Python to find missing values, duplicates, invalid formats and inconsistencies
• Define data-quality rules, thresholds, validation logic and standard formats, and build business rules in Informatica and data factory layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, data engineering, data management or analytics engineering
• Hands-on experience profiling, cleansing, transforming and reconciling data across multiple systems
• Advanced SQL and Python
• Experience with Informatica, ETL/data pipelines, data warehouses and Power BI or similar tools
• Experience with data-quality frameworks, data dictionaries, business glossaries, metadata and lineage
• Experience in government, real estate, smart city, regulatory, financial services or public-sector data environments is preferred
• Knowledge of real estate data domains, AI-readiness and responsible AI, and government data-sharing and privacy requirements is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or IT Engineering; Master's degree preferred
