We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Supply Chain team at Exotic Colors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data related to purchase orders, vendors, quantities, and pricing into our systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating records, logs, and supplier lists as required, while adhering to the company’s data management and confidentiality policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Enter purchase order details into prescribed databases and files.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
  • Maintain logs and records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Update supplier lists regularly as directed by the Procurement Officer.
  • Scan documents into the document management system as needed.
  • Retrieve and print information upon request.
  • Respond to data and file requests from internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Familiarity with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
