Job summary

Yaumi International Bakeries seeks a data engineering professional to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and Python within our analytics stack.

The role focuses on ETL/ELT, data models and lakehouse solutions, and building Power BI datasets and dashboards to empower business decisions. Experience with FMCG data and NLP/Generative AI exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable data architectures and analytics solutions.
• FMCG industry data knowledge and AI/LLM-related analytics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple source systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, Lakehouse/Data Warehouse solutions, and semantic layers for analytics.
• Create, enhance, and support Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, and performance tuning.
• Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and data quality checks.
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality controls to ensure accurate and trusted business reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize data workloads, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
