Job summary

e& UAE in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced MEP and Data Center Project Lead to drive from concept to commissioning for greenfield and brownfield centers. You will oversee technical project management, bid documentation, and contract close-out, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes HVAC/MEP design, energy efficiency, compliance with data center standards, and delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in data center, MEP or related projects.
• BE, MBA, ATS Uptime, ASA Uptime, MASHRAE, MBICSI qualifications.
• Technical project management experience.
• Tendering, evaluation and negotiation skills.
• Statistical reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management for Greenfield and Brownfield data center projects.
• Develop and manage multi-discipline technical projects from concept to close-out.
• MEP (HVAC) design, Public Health engineering, and strategic planning.
• Provide SME support for data center compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical bid documents and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
• Lead high-profile projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Support FM teams to overcome operations challenges.
• Verify running bills, invoices, and project close-out settlements.
• Develop sustainable solutions to reduce carbon footprint.
