Job summary

A technology solutions firm in the UAE is looking for a Data Architect with over 15 years of experience in data architecture and migration. This role requires expertise in designing enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and cloud data services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of the utility/energy sector is preferred, along with experience leading lifecycle projects across GCC countries. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Data Architect (utility/energy sector)

Location: Ajman, UAE

Position type: Fulltime Permanent

Experience: 15+ Years

Minimum 15+ years experience in data architecture and migration

• Proven experience in designing enterprise data platforms and data governance frameworks.
• Strong background in data engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud data services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, data migration tools, and data quality management.
• Skilled in data modeling, analytics, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Arabic speaking (good to have).
• Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects (atleast 2 as Data Architect) across GCC countries.
