The role requires over 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong technical background in Azure, Power BI, and SQL. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data & Analytics roles with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in AI/ML delivery including credit risk and customer analytics.
• Proven track record managing data engineering and BI delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data strategy aligned with the Digital Transformation plan.
• Develop internal data science and ML delivery capabilities.
• Implement data governance policies and quality frameworks.
• Drive analytics platform adoption and executive dashboard delivery.
• Manage data engineering vendors and AI partners.
