Job summary

Gradient Learnings is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a US-based startup that is fully remote. You’ll analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to guide decisions and business strategy.

In this role you’ll work with SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to clean, transform, and model data, then present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
• Experience with data visualization tools Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
• Experience handling large datasets, data cleaning and transformation.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
