Job Title: Data Analyst - Business Intelligence & Customer Journey Analytics (Tableau)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience)

We’re working with a highly respected, data-driven real estate brokerage to appoint a Data Analyst specialising in Business Intelligence and Customer Journey Analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on turning complex data into compelling insights that shape commercial, marketing and leadership decisions.

This role sits at the heart of the business’s data function. You’ll take ownership of BI dashboards, customer journey reporting and lifecycle analytics, while helping to ensure the underlying data warehouse is robust, reliable and future-proof.

The Opportunity

As Data Analyst, you’ll transform data from across marketing, CRM, web and sales platforms into clear, actionable intelligence. Your work will directly influence how customers are acquired, engaged and converted, supporting smarter decision-making across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing and delivering high-impact dashboards and reports using Tableau (and Power BI)
  • Creating executive-level, marketing, sales and operational reporting
  • Translating business needs into meaningful KPIs, metrics and visual stories
  • Supporting end-to-end customer journey and lifecycle analytics, from lead generation through to conversion
  • Analysing funnels, cohorts, attribution and engagement to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities
  • Managing and improving the data warehouse, ensuring clean, well-documented and trusted data
  • Working closely with technical teams on data integration, transformations and quality controls
  • Providing insight into marketing performance, lead quality, CRM pipelines and ROI
  • Continuously improving BI standards, usability and insight quality
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboards, calculations, parameters)
  • Solid experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX
  • Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with data warehouses
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and lifecycle analytics
  • Experience integrating data from CRM, marketing automation and web analytics platforms
  • A natural data storyteller with a sharp eye for accuracy and governance
Nice to Have
  • Experience in real estate, luxury or high-value sales environments
  • Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience supporting customer journey automation and multi-market reporting
Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, BI, Computer Science or similar)
  • Typically 4–7+ years’ experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
