Taaeen Group is seeking a senior, hands-on Cybersecurity Technical Lead for a 10-week government engagement in Abu Dhabi. You will lead technical assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning across servers, networks, endpoints, IAM, and cloud services, delivering clear reports and a comprehensive handover.

This role requires fluent Arabic and English and on-site work in Abu Dhabi. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and Microsoft security frameworks,

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability management and security architecture.

Cybersecurity Technical Lead – 10-Week Government Engagement | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Cybersecurity Technical Lead to join Taaeen for a 10-week cybersecurity engagement with a prestigious UAE federal government entity in Abu Dhabi.

This is not a high-level advisory role. We need someone technically strong who can lead and contribute directly to the assessment, analysis, reporting and final handover.

The engagement covers a comprehensive security assessment across approximately 100 servers, 60 network devices, 300 endpoints, Microsoft 365 E5, Azure/Entra ID, cloud services, backup & disaster recovery systems, and security and monitoring platforms. Technical Proposal - Informatio…

The ideal candidate must have:

• Strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability management and security architecture
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 E5, Azure and Entra ID security
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and Microsoft security frameworks
• Experience assessing servers, networks, endpoints, IAM, cloud environments, backup/DR and security operations
• Ability to lead technical assessment activities, analyse findings, develop risk registers and produce practical remediation recommendations
• Previous experience working on government, regulated or large enterprise cybersecurity engagements
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability
• Full professional bilingual capability in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Must be able to speak, read and write Arabic and English fluently, including the ability to review and prepare professional and technical documentation in both languages
• Availability to commit to the full 10-week engagement
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi as required
