Job Summary

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager (Governance, Risk & Compliance) to support one of our clients in leading cybersecurity risk and compliance initiatives across a large and complex enterprise environment. The role involves driving governance activities, coordinating cross‑functional teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of risk and compliance programs that support business and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead for cybersecurity risk and compliance engagements, ensuring successful delivery of agreed objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Own and drive the execution of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs across complex enterprise environments.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering cybersecurity risk and compliance services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business, technology, and security stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout engagements.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, compliance activities, and risk treatment initiatives.
• Ensure risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges are proactively identified, managed, and escalated where appropriate.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and management discussions to support decision‑making and risk‑based prioritization.
• Review and validate key deliverables, reports, and recommendations prior to executive or management presentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
• Mentor and support consultants and junior team members, promoting consistent delivery standards and quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience (mandatory) leading large‑scale cybersecurity risk and compliance programs within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and delivery risks in dynamic environments.
