Job summary

Google Cloud Mandiant education team seeks a cybersecurity trainer to deliver engaging training to Arabic-English audiences, develop courses, and document best practices. You will interpret and translate during on-site and virtual sessions, ensure quality materials, and collaborate with internal partners across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in a technical field, 3+ years designing learning solutions, and experience presenting at security conferences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions across formats (ILT, e-learning, microlearning).
• Experience leading technical training in academia, professional settings, or conferences (e.g., BlackHat, DEFCON, RSA, OWASP).
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently with internal partners and customer teams.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training to a variety of technical audiences
• Support cyber security course development efforts including product research
• Provide subject matter expertise and training content review
• Coach students and assess their technical capabilities, processes, and procedures
• Update and maintain slide decks and lab exercises for customer-facing training
• Assist with updates for course descriptions, syllabi, and collateral
• Maintain strong customer service orientation and build relationships across organization

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for delivering engaging cybersecurity training courses to Arabic English speaking audiences both technical and non-technical providing Arabic interpretation and translation during the on-site and virtual delivery of the courses As a member of the Education team you will be responsible for a wide range of aspects of both internal and external education specifically in cyber security areas such as digital forensics cyber threat intelligence red teaming threat hunting and incident response This includes training delivery course development and documentation support You will work with a sense of purpose and urgency can prioritize tasks meet deadlines and demonstrate keen attention to detail resulting in the delivery of high-quality work products independently Part of Google Cloud Mandiant is a recognized leader in dynamic cyber defense threat intelligence and incident response services Mandiant s cybersecurity expertise has earned the trust of security professionals and company executives around the world Our unique combination of renowned frontline experience responding to some of the most complex breaches nation-state grade threat intelligence machine intelligence and the industry s best security validation ensures that Mandiant knows more about today s advanced threats than anyone

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions across various formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, elearning, microlearning).
• Experience leading technical training in learning environments such as academia, professional workplace, conference tracks or community events (e.g., BlackHat, DEFCON, RSA, OWASP, BSides, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to work with internal partners and customer teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a technical trainer/professional services consultant or in an equivalent technical position within Cyber Security.
• 2 years of experience delivering Instructor Led Training and Virtual Instructor Led Training LT courses in cyber security-related topics (e.g., digital forensics, intrusion detection, incident response, cyber threat intelligence) to highly technical audiences.
• Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and clearly communicate these technical concepts in live presentations.
