Qualifications

- Strong understanding of insurance, corporate life/savings, and pensions or end of service benefits is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, high-quality service to Savings customers.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proactively resolve complaints and issues promptly.
- Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate responses.
